改性TiO2在光催化分解水制氢方面的研究进展

Research Progress of Modified TiO2 in Photocatalytic Water Splitting for Hydrogen Production

  • 摘要: TiO2光催化剂因具有无毒、稳定性高、氧化还原能力强、成本低等优点而备受关注,然而其禁带宽度较宽只能被紫外光激发,以及光生载流子复合严重等局限性,限制了TiO2光催化剂的应用。近年来,研究者们对上述问题展开了大量研究,以提高其可见光响应,降低载流子复合,进而提高光催化产氢率。本文综述了对TiO2光催化剂改性及其在光催化产氢方面的研究进展,并对其今后的发展趋势进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: TiO2 photocatalyst has attracted much attention due to its non-toxicity, high stability, strong redox ability, and low cost. However, its wide Eg can only be excited by UV light, serious photogenerated carrier recombination and other limitations limit the application of TiO2 photocatalyst. In recent years, researchers have carried out a lot of research on the above problems to improve their visible light response, reduce carrier recombination, and then improve the photocatalytic hydrogen production rate. In this paper, the research progress of TiO2 photocatalyst modification and its photocatalytic hydrogen production is reviewed, and its future development trend is prospected.
