原子吸收光谱在线束流监控技术在分子束外延中的应用及研究进展

Application and research progress of flux monitoring technology by atomic absorption spectroscopy in molecular beam epitaxy

  • 摘要: 本文在简要回顾原子吸收光谱技术发展历史的基础上,总结概括了应用于分子束外延中束流原位实时监控的原子吸收光谱系统结构,并对搭建该系统所需关键部件的选型和参数进行了综述。同时,本文还归纳了原子吸收光谱的背景参比方法、误差来源以及漂移校正的方法,分析了原子吸收光谱技术在分子束外延系统中实时在线和多元素监测的优势,并回顾了其应用发展过程。在此基础上,本文提出了一个分子束外延中原子吸收光谱技术的改良方案,并讨论了该技术新的应用场景。

     

    Abstract: Based on a brief review of the development history of atomic absorption spectroscopy technology, this paper summarizes the structure of the atomic absorption spectroscopy system used for in-situ real-time monitoring of the flux in molecular beam epitaxy, and reviews the selection and parameters of key components required to build the system. Meanwhile, it also summarizes the background reference method of atomic absorption spectroscopy, error sources and the drift correction methods. The advantages of atomic absorption spectroscopy technology in real-time on-line and multi-element monitoring in molecular beam epitaxy systems are analyzed. The developing process of the application is also reviewed. On this basis, an improved scheme of atomic absorption spectroscopy technology in molecular beam epitaxy is proposed, and the new application scenarios of this technology are discussed.
