颜料含量对彩色玻璃陶瓷性能的影响

摘要: 本文通过改变颜料含量,分别制备了黄色、黑色、绿色玻璃陶瓷,考察颜料含量对彩色玻璃陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明:未添加颜料的玻璃陶瓷,主晶相为氟闪石,颜色为白色,其断裂模数为20.34 MPa;添加0.6 g黄色颜料的玻璃陶瓷,主晶相为氟闪石,颜色为淡黄色,其断裂模数为22.52 MPa;添加0.6 g黑色颜料的玻璃陶瓷,主晶相为氟闪石,颜色为黑色,其断裂模数为21.95 MPa;添加0.6 g绿色颜料的玻璃陶瓷,主晶相为氟闪石,颜色为淡绿色,其断裂模数为22.35 MPa。添加适量颜料并不会改变晶相组成,但可调制玻璃陶瓷的颜色,并能提高玻璃陶瓷的力学性能。Abstract: In this paper, yellow, black and green glass-ceramics were prepared by changing the pigment content, and the effect of pigment content on the properties of colored glass-ceramics was investigated.The results show that the main crystal phase of the glass-ceramics without pigments is fluoramphibole, the color is white, and the fracture modulus is 20.34 MPa.The main crystal phase of glass ceramics with 0.6 g yellow pigment is fluoramphibole, the color is light yellow, and the fracture modulus is 22.52 MPa.The glass-ceramics with 0.6 g black pigment, the main crystal phase is fluoramphibole, the color is black, and the fracture modulus is 21.95 MPa ; the glass-ceramics with 0.6 g green pigment, the main crystal phase is fluoramphibole, the color is light green, and the fracture modulus is 22.35 MPa.Adding an appropriate amount of pigment does not change the crystal phase composition, but it can modulate the color of glass-ceramics and improve the mechanical properties of glass-ceramics.
