NASCION基电化学气体传感器的研究进展

Progress of NASCION-based electrochemical gas sensors

  • 摘要: NASCION基气体传感器具有响应快、灵敏度高、稳定性好等优点,因此得到广泛的关注。相比于其它固体电解质,NASCION固体电解质(Na1+xZr2SixP3-xO12(0≤x≤3))属于钠超离子导体,具有优良的Na+电导率。近年来国内外有不少关于NASCION基气体传感器的研究论文,但综述类文章较少。本文综述了NASCION基电化学气体传感器的原理,总结了NASCION基气体传感器对NOx、SO2、CO2等气体的研究进展。并详细介绍了敏感电极材料和传感器结构对传感器性能的影响,对NASCION基固体电解质的气体传感器做出展望。

     

    Abstract: The NASCION-based gas sensor have received wide attention from researchers for their advantages of fast response, high sensitivity and good stability.Compared to other solid electrolytes, NASCION Solid electrolyte (Na1+xZr2SixP3-xO12(0≤x≤3)) belongs to the sodium superion conductor and has excellent Na+ conductivity.In recent years, there are many research papers on NASCION-based gas sensors at home and abroad, but there are few review articles.This paper summarizes the principle of NASCIONbased electrochemical gas sensors and summarizes the progress of NASCION-based gas sensors on NOx, SO2, and CO2, etc.The effects of the sensitive electrode material and the sensor structure are also described in detail, and prospects the field of the gas sensor of the NASCION-based solid electrolyte.
