  • 摘要: LiNixCoyMnzO2三元正极材料作为主流正极材料在安全、寿命、成本等指标上相比钴酸锂材料更加有优势。广泛应用于新能源汽车、船舶、储能等诸多领域,成为现阶段最具发展潜力的正极材料。本文综述了三元正极材料的设计以及产业化的主流方法,详细的分析了三元正极材料从设计,原料,前驱体,成品的各个环节的主要影响因素,并展望了未来三元正极材料的“无钴化”发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: As the main cathode material, LiNixCoyMnzO2 ternary cathode material has more advantages than lithium cobalt oxide material in terms of safety, life and cost.It is widely used in new energy vehicles, ships, energy storage and many other fields, and has become the most potential positive electrode material at the present stage.This paper summarizes the design of ternary cathode materials and the mainstream methods of industrialization, analyzes the main influencing factors of ternary cathode materials from design, raw materials, precursors and finished products in detail, and looks forward to the future development trend of "cobalt-free" ternary cathode materials.
