Abstract:
A flexible humidity sensor based on graphene oxide(GO) was designed and fabricated in this paper. The effect of temperature on its resistive and capacitive humidity sensitive characteristics were compared respectively by impedance analysis test method later. And its dynamic response characteristics were investigated. The results show that the humidity sensitivity of the GO flexible humidity sensor in the resistive mode of operation is strongly influenced by temperature, while the capacitive mode of operation is almost insensitive to temperature. The response time and recovery time of the sensor are about 1.7s and 8.4s respectively when the humidity is 50%, and it is also verified that the sensor can be used for wearable human respiration rate monitoring.
