Abstract:
Using waste window glass powder as raw material, blue diopside glass-ceramics, blue wollastonite glass - ceramics and blue fluoramphibole glass - ceramics were prepared by reaction crystallization sintering method with enstatite, gehlenite and fluomica as crystallization accelerators, respectively. The effects of different amounts of blue pigment on the phase structure, morphology and mechanical properties of glass-ceramics were studied. The results show that the main crystal phase of the prepared blue diopside glass-ceramics was diopside and the secondary crystal phase was gehlenite, the main crystal phase of the prepared blue wollastonite glass-ceramics was wollastonite, the main crystal phase of the prepared blue fluoramphibole glass-ceramics was fluoramphibole and the secondary crystal phase was diopside. When adding an appropriate amount of blue pigment, the precipitated crystals are tightly bound to the glass matrix, and excessive addition will reduce its performance. When 1.5 g of blue pigment is added, the blue wollastonite glass-ceramics has the best colorability and mechanical property, which fracture modulus is 24.48 MPa.
