大尺寸2M-WS2柔性超导材料制备与物性研究

Preparation and physical properties of large-sized 2M-WS2 flexible superconducting material

  • 摘要: 柔性超导材料是超导量子电路和低温探测器件等应用场景中不可或缺的关键材料。本研究中,我们采用超声辅助液相剥离法制备了基于过渡金属二硫化物2M-WS2的柔性超导材料,并对其超导电性以及弯曲后的超导表现进行了表征。结果表明,我们发展的制备方法可以制备长达30 cm以上的柔性超导窄线,其超导零电阻温度约为5.1 K,并且在弯曲情况下其超导性能基本不变。值得指出的是,这种制备方法具有工艺简单、扩展性强的显著优点。本研究为探索柔性超导材料的新型制备方法提供了有益借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Flexible superconducting materials are essential key materials in applications such as superconducting quantum circuits and low-temperature detection devices. In this study, we prepared the flexible superconducting material based on transition metal disulfide 2M-WS2 using the ultrasonic assisted liquid-phase exfoliation method, and characterized its superconductivity as well as the superconducting performance after bending. The results indicate that the preparation methods we have developed can produce flexible superconducting narrow wires up to 30 cm in length, with a superconducting zero-resistance temperature of approximately 5.1 K. Moreover, the superconducting properties remain basically unchanged under bending conditions. It is worth noting that this preparation method has significant advantages of simple process and strong scalability. This study provides useful reference for exploring new preparation methods of flexible superconducting materials.
