Abstract:
In recent years, highly integrated, multifunctional, and miniaturized electronic skin devices have attracted the attention of researchers. Among them, wearable devices have the advantages of lightness, flexibility, detection of human body and environmental information, and are devices with great development potential in the field of flexible electronics. In order to prepare high-performance wearable devices, related materials preparation, device design, and multifunctional integration have been studied. As an excellent conductive material, graphene is widely used in the field of flexible electronics. Especially, the discovery of laser-induced graphene provides a one-step processing strategy for the design and preparation of wearable devices. This article mainly reviews the latest research from three aspects: the preparation process of laser-induced graphene, single-mode sensor devices and multifunctional devices used in wearable devices, and finally summarizes and prospects.
