摘要: 柔性可拉伸场效应晶体管器件是前沿科学研究的重点之一,不同于传统的刚性器件,此类器件具有较好的柔性和生物相容性,在许多领域实现了突破性的应用。柔性可拉伸器件为了保证其柔韧性,所用的材料都需要具有一定的柔性和可拉伸性。此外,器件还需要具有更好的舒适性和实用性,需要具有更薄的设备厚度,对器件的制备方法也提出了一定要求。通过对柔性可拉伸场效应晶体管的材料和器件的制备方法进行详细归纳总结,可以为柔性可拉伸晶体管器件的制备和优化提供参考。Abstract: Flexible and stretchable transistor is one of the most important part of frontier science. Different from the rigid devices, flexible and stretchable devices have advantages including good flexibility and biocompatibility and have been widely applied. In order to ensure the flexibility, all materials need to be flexible and stretchable. In addition, the device need to be comfortable and practicable which means it is necessary to be thinner, and the preparation method of the device also have some special requirements. Here, we summarize the materials and device preparation methods of flexible stretchable field effect transistors in detail, and we believe it could provide a reference for researchers in this area.
