Abstract:
The latest research progress of N-doped graphene quantum dots(N-GQDs) in electrochemical immunosensors, aptasensors, cytosensors, enzymatic electrochemical biosensors, and other fields of bioelectrical analysis are summarized, involving the preparation of N-GQDs, the effect of N-GQDs structure on sensing performance, the combination of N-GQDs with different types of signal conductors, etc. The main problems existing in various types of N-GQDs based electrochemical biosensors are analyzed, and the development trend of N-GQDs based electrochemical biosensors, including the development and application of new N-GQDs based integrated biosensors.
