忆阻器及其在人工突触器件中的研究进展
Research progress of memristor and its application in artificial synaptic devices

摘要: 忆阻器与生物突触具有天然相似性,通过忆阻器人工突触构建神经网络是实现高性能计算最有前景的方案之一。本文介绍了忆阻器的工作机制,概述了忆阻器的不同阻变机理,着重介绍了忆阻器材料及其研究近况。最后,从应用出发,回顾了近期通过忆阻器构建人工突触器件的进展,并简要讨论了忆阻器发展面临的主要挑战。Abstract: Memristor has natural similarity with biological synapse. Building neural network by memristor artificial synaptic devices is one of the promising schemes to realize high-performance computing. This paper introduces the resistive switching mechanisms of memristor, and focuses on the memristor materials and their recent research status. Finally, from the perspective of application, research progresses of artificial synaptic devices constructed by memristors are reviewed, and the main challenges faced by the development of memristors are briefly discussed.
