FTO/TiO2/ZnO/Cu2O/Ag异质结电池的光电性能研究

Study on the photoelectric properties of FTO/TiO2/ZnO/Cu2O/Ag heterojunction batteries

  • 摘要: 由于氧化锌和氧化亚铜的材料安全无毒、制作成本低及环境友好等特点,ZnO/Cu2O异质结电池具有很广阔的发展前景。本文首先通过旋涂法制备了ZnO薄膜,然后以真空蒸镀法和热氧化法制备了Cu2O薄膜,采用SEM表征证明所得ZnO和Cu2O薄膜平整度较高。最后使用真空蒸镀法制备Ag电极,组装完成了FTO/ZnO/Cu2O/Ag异质结电池。通过改变氧化亚铜的厚度来研究电池性能的变化规律,结果表明光电性能随着Cu2O的厚度增加而增加。为了进一步提高电池性能,加入了TiO2光吸收层,组装了FTO/TiO2/ZnO/Cu2O/Ag异质结电池。结果表明,TiO2光吸收层的加入提高了短路电流和开路电压。另外,该电池直接在空气中组装,组装工艺简单,具有推广价值。

     

    Abstract: ZnO/Cu2O heterojunction cell has great development perspective due to non-toxic material, low production cost and environment friendly, etc. In this paper, the ZnO thin films were prepared by spin coating method, and then the Cu2O films was obtained by the method of vacuum evaporation and thermal oxidation. The films were proved to have high flatness by SEM measurements. Finally, Ag electrode was prepared using vacuum vapor deposition method. The photoelectric properties of FTO/ZnO/Cu2O/Ag cell were investigated through the thickness variation of Cu2O thin film. In order to further improve the battery performance, the TiO2 light absorption layer was added to assemble the FTO/TiO2/ZnO/Cu2O/Ag heterostructure batteries. The results showed that the TiO2 light absorption layer to improve the short circuit current and open circuit voltage. In addition, the battery was directly assembled in the atmosphere, the assembly process was simple and worth promoting.
