Abstract: Organic field effect transistor（OFET） has been widely studied in the field of gas sensors because of its high efficiency in signal conversion and amplification. In this paper, the related researches in recent years were focused, and the progress of OFET gas sensor in detecting harmful gases with different physical and chemical properties were emphatically introduced and summarized. Meanwhile, the prospect of OFET’s development in the future was forecasted. This study provides a reference for research in related fields.
