摘要: 使用挤压成型方法制备功能梯度材料(FGM)时,制备水基膏体的过程中不可避免的会产生气泡和结块,气泡破裂和结块分解时会导致挤压成型过程不稳定,成型零件质量差。设计了结合挤压速度控制及挤压力控制的比例控制器,实现了任意"梯度"FGM材料的制备,同时降低了气泡和结块的影响,并通过实验验证了该比例控制器的有效性。Abstract: When functionally gradient material(FGM) is prepared by extrusion method, Bubbles and agglomerations are inevitable in the preparation of water-based paste. When the bubbles break and agglomerates decompose, the extrusion process will be unstable and the quality of formed parts will be poor. Using the minimum variance adaptive controller to control the extrusion pressure of different materials in the extrusion process can effectively reduce this effect, but this control method is difficult to realize the preparation of arbitrary "gradient" FGM materials. A proportional controller combining extrusion speed control and extrusion pressure control is designed to realize the preparation of any gradient FGM material, while reducing the impact of bubbles and lumps. The effectiveness of the proportional controller is verified by experiments.
