纳米银的制备及其抗菌性的研究进展

Research Progress on Preparation and Antibacterial Properties of Silver Nanoparticles

  • 摘要: 纳米银抗菌材料已广泛应用于各个领域,并具有一定的生物安全性。关于纳米银的抗菌机理,作用过程较为复杂,主要有消耗细菌生活环境中的氧气、破坏细胞壁和细胞膜、抑制DNA分子复制及酶的活性等。纳米银的制备方法有物理、化学、生物等方法,其中生物还原法是一种新兴的制备手法,符合绿色环保理念,是未来研究的热点。纳米银的抗菌性能受多种因素影响,主要包括银颗粒尺寸、形貌、菌种、保护剂等因素。

     

    Abstract: The nano-silver antibacterial material has been widely used in various fields, and has certain biological safety. The process about the antibacterial mechanism of silver nanoparticles is more complex,which main includes oxygen consumption of the living environment of bacteria, destruction of cell wall and cell membrane, inhibit the replication of DNA molecule and activity of enzyme. The preparation method of nano-silver has physical, chemical, biological and other methods, in which the biological reduction method is a new preparation technique, in line with the concept of green environmental protection, and is a hot spot in the future research. The antibacterial property of nano silver is influenced by many factors, including silver particle size, morphology, strain, protective agent and so on.
