紫外光液相接枝技术在纤维基材料领域的应用进展

Application progress of UV-liquid phase grafting technology in the field of textile materials

  • 摘要: 为全面掌握紫外光液相接枝技术在纺织材料领域的运用,本文综述了其在在亲水、阻燃、抗菌、染色、耐磨改性方法的应用。对材料的亲水改性已经广泛应用于纺织、医学、过滤等技术领域。在纺织材料的阻燃改性方面,改性后的纺织品在力学性能上有所降低、美观性也受到影响。当材料进行抗菌改性后,有助于力学性能的保持,但认为材料还需提高在抗菌种类方面的广泛性。最后对紫外光液相接枝技术进行了总结。

     

    Abstract: In order to fully grasp the application of UV liquid phase grafting technology in the field of textile materials, this paper reviews its application in hydrophilic, flame retardant, antibacterial, dyeing and wear-resistant modification methods. Hydrophilic modification of materials has been widely used in textile, medical, filtration and other technical fields. In terms of flame retardant modification of textile materials, the modified textiles have a reduced mechanical properties and aesthetics. When the material is antibacterially modified, it contributes to the maintenance of mechanical properties, but it is considered that the material needs to be improved in the broad range of antibacterial species. Finally, the UV liquid phase grafting technology was summarized.
