不锈钢纤维电热膜的电热特性及老化性能探究

Study on electrothermal characteristics and aging properties of stainless steel fiber electrothermal film

  • 摘要: 基于国家“十四五”规划关于节能减排和电能替代的政策,针对传统的燃煤采暖和碳系电热膜采暖方式,提出更为节能、安全、高效的金属纤维毡电热膜替代方案。实验研究了不锈钢金属纤维烧结毡和针刺毡的静态电阻特性、动态电热特性及针刺毡的老化特性,结果表明由于两种纤维毡成型工艺的不同,加热后电热性能也不同。烧结毡电热膜的阻温特性稳定、温度响应特性良好;针刺毡电热膜电阻率更高、电热转换效果好、温度分布均匀、老化特性良好。

     

    Abstract: Based on the policy of energy saving, emission reduction and electric energy replacement in the 14th Five-year Plan of The People’s Republic of China, a more energy saving, safe and efficient alternative scheme of metal fiber felt electric film was proposed to replace traditional coal-fired heating and carbon heating. The static resistance characteristics, dynamic electrothermal characteristics and aging characteristics of stainless steel metal fiber sintered felt and needled felt were studied experimentally. The resistance-temperature characteristics of sintered felt electrothermal film are stable and the temperature response characteristics are good. Needled felt electrothermal film has higher resistivity, better electrothermal conversion effect, uniform temperature distribution and good aging characteristics.
