电化学与半导体SO2气体传感器的研究进展

Research Advances of Electrochemical and Semiconductor SO2 Gas Sensors

  • 摘要: 作为最常见的工业污染气体之一,SO2的排放对环境和生物体都将产生严重的威胁,而高效便携的气体检测装置越来越受到人们的关注。相比于传统的SO2检测方法,电化学式和半导体式SO2气体传感器因其结构简单、操作方便、性能优异和成本低等优点,近年来得到了迅速发展。分别介绍电化学式和半导体式SO2气体传感器的国内外研究现状,重点综述了不同器件结构、敏感材料和传感机理等方面的研究进展,归纳了限制其实际应用的关键技术难点,并展望其未来的发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: As one of the most common industrial waste gases, the emission of SO2 may pose a serious threat to the environment and to organisms, and people pay more and more attention to the efficient and portable gas detectors. Compared with traditional detection routes, electrochemical and semiconductor SO2 gas sensors have been rapidly developed in recent years for their simple structure, easy-operation, excellent performance, and low-cost. The research status at home and abroad of the electrochemical and semiconductor SO2 gas sensors is presented; the research of device structures, sensitive materials, sensing mechanisms and major technical difficulties in practical application are reviewed, and discuss their development trend in the future.
