平铺玻璃珠光催化反应辐射场的实验研究

Experimental study on the radiation field of photocatalytic reaction of glass beads

  • 摘要: 采用自制辐射场测试平台,探究了平铺玻璃珠种类、直径和层数对辐射场的影响,结果表明,玻璃珠直径对辐射通量几乎没有影响;玻璃珠种类对辐射通量影响较大,未处理玻璃珠辐射通量最大,预处理次之,负载二氧化钛玻璃珠的辐射通量最小;玻璃珠层数对辐射通量的影响最大。对于以玻璃珠为载体的固定床光催化反应器填充玻璃珠层数不宜大于两层。

     

    Abstract: Radiation field variation law is studied by using the self-made radiation field test platform, and the influence of the type, diameter and number of layers of glass beads is discussed. The results indicated that the diameter of glass beads had almost no effect on the radiation flux; the type of glass beads had a greater impact on the radiation flux that the untreated glass beads had the largest radiation flux, the pretreatment followed, and the loaded titanium dioxide glass beads had the smallest radiation flux; The number of layers of glass beads has the greatest influence on the radiation flux. The number of glass beads filled should not be more than two layers for the fixed bed photocatalytic reactor with glass beads.
