Abstract:
Acetone is a toxic and harmful organic gas which is widely used in industrial production and household life, and it is also one of the diagnostics of diabetes. Therefore, accurate and real-time acetone detection methods is urgent for safety production and human health. Metal oxide semiconductor gas sensors have advantages of high sensitivity, low cost, and high reliability, and are widely used in the field of toxic and harmful gas detection. In this paper, the research progress of acetone gas-sensing materials in recent years is reviewed, the structure and morphology of gas-sensing materials, gas-sensing mechanism and modification methods are introduced, and its research status and future development trends are also analyzed.
