高压电常数PZT-PNN-PSN-PMW压电陶瓷的制备及性能研究

摘要: 随着采用传统的固相反应制备了Pb0.92Sr0.08(Zr0.48Ti0.52)0.96-x(Ni1/3Nb2/3)x(Sb1/3Nb2/3)0.03(Mg1/2W1/2)0.01O3压电陶瓷(简称PZT-PNN-PSN-PMW)。通过XRD、SEM、阻抗分析仪等研究了PNN含量对陶瓷相结构、显微结构、介电性能和压电性能的影响。结果表明,制备出了纯钙钛矿结构的PZT-PNN-PSN-PMW压电陶瓷,随着PNN含量的减少,其相结构由三方相向四方相转变。当x=0.2时,在1280℃烧结的压电陶瓷具有最优的电学性能,其压电常数d33、机电耦合系数kp、介电常数εr、居里温度Tc分别为电学性能为:1035pC/N、83.4%、7895和122℃.Abstract: Pb0.92Sr0.08(Zr0.48Ti0.52)0.96-x(Ni1/3Nb2/3)x(Sb1/3Nb2/3)0.03(Mg1/2W1/2)0.01O3 piezoelectric ceramic(abbreviated as PZT-PNN-PSN-PMW) were synthesized by traditional solid-state reaction method. The effects of PNN content on phase structure, dielectric, piezoelectric properties of the ceramics were investigated in detail. The X-ray resulted that PZT-PNN-PSN-PMW ceramics are a pure perovskite structure without any other second phases, and their crystals structure transform from rhombohedral to tetragonal with decreasing PNN content. The piezoelectric ceramics with x=0.2 sintered at 1280℃ exhibited the favorable electrical properties, which were listed as follows: d33=1035 pC/N,kp=83.4%,εr=7895, Tc=122℃.
