柔性织物传感器研究现状与发展

Research status and development of flexible fabric sensor

  • 摘要: 近年来柔性传感器作为智能可穿戴设备的重要模块,各领域对其研究与应用不断深入,其中柔性织物传感器以纺织品作为传感材料载体,极大提升了柔性传感器在智能服装中的应用水平。基于以织物为基底的柔性传感器研究现状,通过回顾国内外相关研究,主要介绍了柔性织物传感器中的压力、温度和应变传感器,总结制备方式并对其原理、特点及发展趋势进行分析,结合实际应用前景,提出现阶段研究存在的问题,并对柔性织物传感器的发展做出展望。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, as an important module of smart wearable devices, flexible sensors have been continuously researched and applied in various fields. Among them, flexible fabric sensors use textiles as the carrier of sensing materials, which has greatly improved the application of flexible sensors in smart clothing. Based on the current research status of flexible fabric sensors, by reviewing related research, the pressure, temperature and strain sensors in flexible fabric sensors are mainly introduced, the preparation methods are summarized, and their principles, characteristics, and development trends are analyzed. Combined with the actual application prospects, existing problems at this stage of research and prospects for the development of flexible fabric sensors are discussed.
