Carbon Nanotubes in Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells Photo-Anode

  • As the photo-anode material,TiO2 is widely used in dye-sensitized solar cells(DSC).Carbon nanotube-doped TiO2 is available not only for the acceleration of the transmission of the TiO2 photoelectron,but also for the enhancement of the efficiency of DSC.By studying the research results for carbon nanotube-doped TiO2 used in DSC in recent years,a brief description of the effect of carbon nanotube doping on DSC is given.The various types of carbon nanotube and the main preparation methods of TiO2 used in DSC are reviewed.Moreover,the future development of carbon nanotube-doped TiO2 is discussed.
