Application progress of UV-liquid phase grafting technology in the field of textile materials

  • In order to fully grasp the application of UV liquid phase grafting technology in the field of textile materials, this paper reviews its application in hydrophilic, flame retardant, antibacterial, dyeing and wear-resistant modification methods. Hydrophilic modification of materials has been widely used in textile, medical, filtration and other technical fields. In terms of flame retardant modification of textile materials, the modified textiles have a reduced mechanical properties and aesthetics. When the material is antibacterially modified, it contributes to the maintenance of mechanical properties, but it is considered that the material needs to be improved in the broad range of antibacterial species. Finally, the UV liquid phase grafting technology was summarized.
